Before becoming a children’s author, Kaleema studied Business Administration and Accounting at Bowie State University. She then worked as an Accountant and Technical Writer for leading CPA and technology firms, earning recognition from Fortune 500 companies for her significant contributions to the auditing and technology industry. Despite her success in the corporate world, Kaleema followed her true passion and left her job after 10 years to pursue writing full-time—a gift she has always cherished.
Today, Kaleema travels the world, inspiring others to discover their inner strength, embrace self-love, and pursue their dreams. The Story Behind The Enchanted Forest
Kaleema Muhammad has always had a passion for writing and aspired to become an author who inspires and motivates people from all walks of life. Her writing journey began at the age of 5, when her parents bought her journals. She used them to write poetry and express her thoughts and desires, traveling to her own personal “Enchanted Forest.” Although she initially followed a more conventional path, studying Accounting and Business Administration in college, her love for storytelling never faded. After leaving her corporate job, Kaleema reconnected with her passion for writing, creating stories that inspire and ignite the imaginations of future generations.
In 2024, she published her first book, The Enchanted Forest: I Can Do Anything, I Can Dance!, marking the beginning of her journey as an author. The deep connection she has with her stories and growing reader demand encouraged her to continue expanding the magical world of The Enchanted Forest. Now, fans eagerly await the release of Book 2, where they will once again experience adventures filled with hope, courage, and discovery.
